The very best tacos and Chile relleno!

Tried Mama Chilli for the first time after hearing about it in Next Door. This place is amazing! Very friendly staff complimented the authentic flavors. This is not TexMex, this is the real deal! The meal started with great chips and salsa. The chips were thick, but oh so tender and flaky. My wife and I had the taco plate with 3 different fillings and loved them all. If you love flavorful, well made food, do yourself a favor and try Mama Chiili!! I know we will be back!!

You never know what you're gonna get when you walk into a new place. So glad I took the risk!!! I ordered the lengua taco on homemade corn tortilla and it was stratospherically awesome!! I can't wait to come back again and again to try everything on this menu.

Words can't describe how happy my tummy was after visiting Mamma Chilli for lunch. Everything about my visit was wonderful and I really want this local family owned joint to succeed.

I arrived at 11:15 for lunch, realizing the sign said breakfast ends at 11:30. They seated us and offered us both menus, so that was really nice. Chips and salsa came out first. The chips are thick, flaky, and buttery. The salsa is a cold, refreshing tomato base with just enough kick to it.

We ordered a cheese chile relleno plate and a taco plate. You get to choose any 3 taco fillings you want (we chose a chorizo, pork, and beef) on corn or flour.

When the food came out, it was steaming hot and fresh. Everything tastes homemade like your own grandma made it. My plate came with 2 tortillas, which was a nice touch. The rice was moist and perfectly seasoned. Beans are refried and good. But man, the sauce on the relleno was really what stood out. It was smoky, sweet, and just *good* which covered the relleno that was stuffed with cheese and fried in the traditional way with egg batter.

The tacos were amazing too. Each one had a rich, complex flavor but the chorizo one really stood out. It had a sweet flavor with some potatoes mixed in.

Throughout the meal I was offered more tortillas, chips and salsa and drink refills. Service was good!

One thing to note is they do not have a storefront sign yet. It is labeled on the window with some colorful paint. But the inside is finished and very quiet and cheery. They seem to still be ironing out their opening hours between 7/8:30/9 so if I come for breakfast, I'll play it safe and arrive at 9.

Ample parking in front of the restaurant. Some vegetarian options (like the cheese Chile relleno) and some taco/burrito fillings were meatless like rice/beans/cheese and one with corn/poblano. They also have a great kids menu!
